We want you to love your adventure-ready gear, but if your items aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Package Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our tavern crew receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
